To their credit, they do scans for threats but neglect to inform you that you must buy to remove the threats. I wasted time to download and scan my computer only to find out that I had to purchase to remove the threats when I assume "free meant free"

I was very disappointed with your system. It was extremely difficult to remove from my computer and left me with 2 toolbars which neither needed nor wanted.

Unbelievably Great!!!
I had been hit with three of the new malwares the night before. I have two virus/spyware programs running at all times on my computers.
I could not get rid of this THING that was popping up telling me that I had all kinds of nasties happening. I downloaded two other removal programs & still could not get rid of them.I bought another, still without success. Then, I found this & said .well its free & reports say it works. Success finally,the nasties are gone, I can play my WOW again.
